It is with sadness that the passing of Jason P. Riggs (Orange, Massachusetts) is shared. Jason, born on July 16, 1981, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jason will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Jason by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Jason is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jason’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Shawn Riggs and Dan Riggs. He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Wentworth; his mother Cynthia Whittier; his father-in-law Robert Whittier; his sister Naomi Wood (Paul Wood); his father Patrick Riggs; and his grandmother Kathleen Fay. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mack Family Funeral Home, Athol-Orange Chapel (110 New Athol Rd, Orange, MA 01364). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
