He is survived by: his wife Irene Mazejka (Turcotte); his daughters, Amy Libby and Katy Mazejka (Daniel Espinal); his stepchildren, Bobbie-Lee Carr, Chad Cwartkowski and Bonnie Nichols (Keith); his brother Steven (Diane); and his aunt Jane Mazejka (Toots). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
