It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Songer in Orange, Massachusetts, born in Athol, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Dombroski (Yetter) and Stanley Dombroski; her husband Laurence "Larry" Songer; and her siblings, Elliott, Joseph, Irene, Katherine, Grace and June.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Songer (Ann Egan) of Nantucket, Blaine Songer (Janice Stacy) of Athol, Robin Hamlett of Orange and Tracy Songer of Orange; her grandchildren, Sarah Piragis, Sean Hamlett, Curtis Songer, Jeremy Songer, Brandon Carpenter and Alicia Pitsinger; her great grandchildren, Kacie, Avery Piragis, Calvin, Parker Hamlett, Layla Songer and Lucas Fish; and her brother Charles Dombroski of New Port Richey, FL.
