She is survived by: her husband Ronald Chamberlain of Athol; her children, Paul Chamberlain (Holly) of Easton and Beth Preston (James) of Galex, VA; her grandchildren, Charles Chamberlain (Samantha), Paul Chamberlain Jr. (Ashley), Taylor Chamberlain, Dawn Marie Hayden (Justin) and Jackie Zizzo; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Chamberlain, Sophia Chamberlain and Ella Chamberlain; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Willard, Miranda Willard and Jason Howard; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan Willard, Eliana Willard, Elwin Donaghy, Mikey Ward and Emily Willard.
