He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Whittemore and Kathleen Whittemore (Desreuisseau); and his sisters, Doris Ricko and Marlene Jarvenpaa. He is survived by: his son Stephen Whittemore of Athol; and his sisters, Lisa Arnot (Ben) of Athol and Edwina Whittemore of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
