She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Hamel and Marilyn Hamel (Healy); her pet Blaze; her sons, Curtis Hamel (Christopher Drew-Hamel) of Amesbury and Corey Chiasson (Meghan) of New Port Richey, Florida; her grandchildren, Alaina Chiasson and Madison Chiasson; and her siblings, Steve Hamel of Tully, Sharon Ledoux of Orange, Patricia Dery of New Salem, Kathy Hamel of Vermont, Judy Morse of South Carolina and Nancy Fellows of Orange. She was also cherished by her family, her fondness for animals.
