He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Perry and Marion Perry. He is survived by: his wife Holly Perry; his daughters, Victoria Cairl (James Cairl) of Peekskill, NY and Emily Cummings (Thomas Cummings) of Athol, MA.; and his grandchildren, Madeline Cairl, Ava Cairl, Hailey Cummings, Landon Cummings and Finn Cairl.
In lieu of flowers, we would like to suggest a donation in Patrick's name to St. Jude's Hospital for Children or Special Olympics.
