She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel (Marguerite Lattinville) and Rae; her husband Alvin; her sons, Mark, Thomas and Captain Lee V. Kowacki; and her daughter-in-law Christine Kowacki.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Wojtowski (Lattinville); her children, Dr. Paul Kowacki (Laura) of Walpole, Diane Bledsoe of Barefoot Bay, Fla., Dale Kowacki (Laura Botkin) of Wendell, Jean Kowacki of Englewood, Fla. and Janet Richards of Franklin; and her daughter-in-law Alicin McGrath. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 nieces.
