Rita L. Hunter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita L. Hunter (Orange, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 31, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rita's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rita has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Lego and Celia L. Lego (Whitaker); and her husband Raymond Russell Hunter. She is survived by: her sister Esther M. Shankle (Lego) of Boyalston; and her niece Cindy Sears of Boylston. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
