She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Gates and Geneva Gates (Pond) of Orange, MA.. She is survived by: her children, Peter Guilmette, Wendy Bosworth (Mark), Wanda Dow (Mike), James Hause (Serena) and Michael King (Rebecca); her siblings, Howard Gates, Norman Gates, Nancy Sawyer, Arlene Holden and Bonny Barrows; and her nephew Eric Graves. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Witty's Funeral Home (158 S Main St, Orange, MA 01364). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the South Cemetery (585 S Main St, Orange, MA 01364).
