He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Kelly and Catherine Wheeler; and his granddaughter Isabella Sliter. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Weber-Wheeler; his children, Jennifer Nally (Joseph Sr.), Sarah Sliter (James), Allyson Wheeler (Ryan) and Kelly Wheeler (Amanda); his siblings, John Cotter and Eleanor Goodrich; his grandchildren, Cody, Caroline, Connor, Cole Wheeler, Joseph, Jr., Patrick Nally and Halie Metcalf; and his great grandchildren, Brady and Annabelle Nally.
