He was predeceased by: his grandparent Polana. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Calcari (Laurie) and Carol Polana Calcari (Ed); his siblings, Matthew Calcari (Maggie) and Katie Calcari; and his grandmother Margaret Calcari. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
