He is survived by: his father Michael Chamberlain of Warwick; his sons, Branden and Thomas of Florida; his grandson Tyler of Florida; his siblings, David "Bud" Cross of Orange, Brenda Poulin of Orlando, Bernie (Dee) of Merritt Island, Melissa (John Girard), Jeannie Garrett of Palm Bay, Gonkie (Kristinn Sigurdsson), Rachael (Tom Parker), Randy (Kelly Rathburn), Nathan (Steven) of Athol and Ruth Walsh of Athol; and his caregiver Christine Shaw. He is also survived by 41 nieces and nephews; 54 grandnephews and grandnieces; and many friends.
