In loving memory of Virginia M. (Purington) Fellows in Orange, Massachusetts, who departed this world on October 8, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Geneva Purington (Call); her husband Oliver Fellows; and her siblings, Marion Burnap, Edward Purington, Ellen Miller, Doris Johnson, Elsie Corse, Agnes Steele and Roger Purington.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Williams of Fridley, Steven Fellows of Santa Fe, Arthur "Rusty" Fellows of Orange, Chuck Fellows of Red Oak, Virginia and Mark Fellows of Warwick; and her brother Sam Purington of Buckland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great, great-grandchild; many nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Witty's Funeral Home (158 S Main St, Orange, MA 01364). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Warwick Center Cemetery (25 Holden Rd, Warwick, MA 01378).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warwick Fire Department, 1 Hastings Pond Road, Warwick, MA 01378 or to the Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust, 1461 Old Keene Road, Athol, MA 01331, Witty's Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is assisting the family.
