He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lefsyk and Frances Lefsyk (Drew). He is survived by: his wife Linda Lefsyk of Athol; his children, Amy Softic of Athol, Jason Lefsyk (Brandy) of Athol and Sara Lefsyk of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Jaden Softic, Morgan Softic, Sawyer Lefsyk, Olly Lefsyk and Finn Lefsyk; and his siblings, Tom Lefsyk (Nancy) of New York, Elizabeth Hume (Scott) of Athol and Mary Casella (Chris) of Athol.
