He was predeceased by: his wife Judith G. Daley; and his parents, Frank Daley and Kathleen Daley (Gillian). He is survived by: his children, Robert Daley Jr. of Osterville and Michelle Seastrand of Norwood; and his siblings, Charles, James, Thomas and Kathleen McKenna. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
