Robert L. Gale Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert L. Gale of Otter River, Massachusetts, born in Athol, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2025 at the age of 79. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gale (Lempart); his children, Suzanne Gale of Concord, NH, Douglas (Rosalie) of Seattle, WA, Jeffrey Collins (Jennie House) of Phillipston and Laura Lajoie (David) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Maximus Lajoie, Anja Lajoie of Worcester, Anthony Collins of Athol, Zachary Collins of Phillipston, Ian and Nicholas Ewert of Concord, NH; and his brothers, Peter Gale (Martha) of Hampton, NH and John Gale of New Salem. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fletcher and Smith Funeral Home (105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center in Gardner.
