He was predeceased by: his brothers, Stanley Mielnicki and John Mielnicki; and his parents, Stanley Mielnicki and Anna Mielnicki (Bahleda). He is survived by: his children, Sherri A. LaBouef (William Conrad II) of Oxford, Jeffrey E. Mielnicki (Melissa Tarasiak) and Mark Mielnicki (Vickie) of Loveland, OH; and his grandchildren, Taylor LaBouef, Tanner LaBouef, Krysta Mielnicki, Jeffrey Mielnicki, Zakkary Mielnicki and Kaitlin Mielnicki.
