Benoit Jr. (Oxford, Massachusetts), born in Webster, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest J. Benoit and Lois Benoit Sr. (Baxendale). He is survived by : his wife Arline M. Benoit (Warman) of Webster; and his children, Ernest W. Benoit (Lisa) of Rutland, Heather Anne Bell (Timothy) of Webster and Keiko J. Dion (David) of Devens. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
