She was predeceased by: her mother Tammie A. Weaver. She is survived by: her daughters, Makayla D. Prochnow (Laura Featherstone) of Oxford and Kiley M. Prochnow of Oxford; her sisters, Lauren Brien (Shane) of Worcester and Stefanie S. Maldonado Weaver (Estuardo Maldonado) of Worcester; her godmother Susan A. Reardon of Oxford; her nieces and nephews, Aleciyah, Natalia, Isabella, River and Lincoln; and her father DiBonaventura. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
