He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Cloutier and Phyllis C. Cloutier (Cheney). He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Hanks (Howard) of Oxford; his children, Norbert W. Cloutier Jr. (Stephanie) of Belmont, NH, Kimberly D. Paquette of Franklin, NH, Michael D. Cloutier of Memphis, TN, David W. Hanks Jr. of Oxford and Bruce E. Hanks of Shrewsbury; his sisters, Doreen Flanders (Wesley) of Franklin, NH, Marie Paul (Michael) of Henniker, NH and Gloria Healey (Robert) of Melbourne, FL; and his pet Zena. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, many nephews and nieces; and his beloved companion.
