She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Czap and Sophia Czap (Boyko); and her brothers, Charles Czap Jr. and Dennis Czap. She is survived by: her husband Paul A. Temple of Southbridge; her siblings, Marcella Wood of Land O' Lakes, FL, Anthony Czap (Linda) of Confluence, PA, Sally Skeels (Lee) of Summerfield, FL, Ronald Czap (Rebecca) of Wheeling, WV, Timothy Czap (Sandra) of McKees Rocks, PA and Michelle Kingston of Oakdale, PA; her sisters-in-law, Elodia Czap of Charleroi, PA and Helene Czap of Denver, CO; and her granddaughter Wendi Bernal (Edgardo) of Oxford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
