It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Francis O'Brien (Oxford, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosemary Sweeney, Charles O'Brien and Michael O'Brien; and his parents, Charles B. O'Brien and Catherine O'Brien (DeCoff).

He is survived by: his wife Donna S. O'Brien (Randazzo) of Webster; his children, Frank O'Brien (Michele) of Thompson and Lisa Livsey (Michael) of Webster; and his grandsons, Robert Livsey of Webster, Matthew Livsey of Webster, James O'Brien of Spencer and Daniel O'Brien (Rebekah) of Charlton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dog Orphans, Inc., P.O. Box 767, Douglas, MA 01516.
