He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Whittemore Sr. and Glayds Whittemore (Taylor); his wife Dorothy E. Whittemore (Hazen); his children, Frank Whittemore Jr., Ronald Whittemore, Eleanor Skagerlind, David Whittemore, Richard E. Whittemore, Jr. (Catherine) of Oxford, Kevin Whittemore (Jennifer) of Worcester and Dawn Powell; his son-in-law Dean of Oxford; his daughters, Kelly Crespo (Jose) of Holden and Louanne Gray of Worcester County; and his stepchildren, Louie Besaw (Paula Besaw), Dia, Marti (Rigoberto Marti) of Worcester and Mark Besaw of Worcester. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
