He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie William Metcalf Sr. and Della Mae Metcalf (Sutherland); and his brother Leslie "Billy" Metcalf Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Helen Metcalf (Strack); his children, Ann Girard (Metcalf) and Paul Metcalf (Robin); his grandsons, Benjamin and Theodore Girard; and his great grandchild Hannah.
