He is survived by: his daughters, Olivia Mayette of Manchester, CT and Kylie Voorhis of Manchester; his sister Lisa Collins (Jeff) of Webster; his aunt Pat Lawrie of Charlton; his nieces, Amanda Collins and Lauryn Collins of Webster; his godson DJ Mayette; and his parents, Robert J. Voorhis and Theresa Voorhis (LaPlante).
