He was predeceased by : his brother Scott Kozlowski; and his parents, Frank Kozlowski and Tessie Kozlowski (Tuzinowski). He is survived by : his wife Catherine A.; and his children, Kevin Kozlowski (Carmella) of Spencer and Holly L. Slauenwhite (Jason) of Woodstock, CT. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
