She was predeceased by: her son Dwayne S. VanPatten; her brothers, Rory Belvery and Bruce Belvery; her close friend Janice; and her parents, Joseph L. Belvery and Theo Belvery (Bacon).
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Perzichino (Michael) of Dudley, Asa McCrory (Michael) of Whitinsville and Kenny VanPatten (Jenn Griggs) of Tennessee; her siblings, Gary Belvery Sr. of Oxford, Marsha Prunier of Cherry Valley, Bryan Belvery of Dudley, Cheryl Hawkes of Webster, Kevin Belvery of Uxbridge, Ava Materas of Oxford, Kim Grabowski of Northbridge, Mala Abdella of Oxford, Joyce Belvery of Oxford and Joseph Belvery Jr. of Southbride; and her grandsons, Tristan VanPatten and Cameron Perzichino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-1942.
