He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Ann Dulmaine (Dziemian); his brothers, Robert Dulmaine, Arthur Dulmaine Jr. and Paul Dulmaine; and his parents, Arthur Dulmaine and Evelyn Dulmaine (Frigon).

He is survived by: his children, Jason T. Dulmaine (Jessica) of Oxford and Kerri M. Dulmaine of Oxford; his sister Beverly Luthman of Worcester; and his pets, Lilly and Izzy. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
