She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Chlebus and Frank Chlebus. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Les (Paul) of Holland, Mass. and Deanna Sloat (Kevin) of Palmer; her grandchildren, Amanda Skowyra (Adam Skowyra), Andrew Les (Stephanie Les), Jason Sloat and Olivia Sloat; her great grandchild Kolson Skowyra; her cousins, Michele Topor of Boston and Kenneth Kulis of Vermont; and her close friend Glenn Dane.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beers & Story Funeral Homes - Palmer (1475 N Main St, Palmer, MA 01069). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the St. Thomas Cemetery (420 Kings Hwy, West Springfield, MA 01089).
