He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl, Sr. Otto and Muriel Otto (Cochran). He is survived by: his wife Elvera Otto (Black) of Palmer; his children, Carl H. Otto, III (Tammy) of East Longmeadow, Timothy Otto (Denise) of Stafford Springs, CT and Kelli Maldon (Otto) of Ansonia, CT; his grandchildren, Tanner, Joey Jean, Zakery, Ashley, Carl IV, Cheyne, Vincent and Jayden; his great grandchildren, Rose and Stella; and his daughter-in-law Amy Otto.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (1 Porter Rd, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
