He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Denham and Virginia Downey (Gilchrest); and his brothers, Stephen Denham and Joseph Denham. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Denham (Jasmine) of Thompson, CT and Mark Denham; his brother Bill Denham; and his granddaughters, Jinalyse, Jeylia and Jezarya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
