He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Bernice; his cousin Paul Russo; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Cieplinski and Don Tassinari.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ursula Gumula; his sister Kathy Tassinari; his children, Andrea Mastalerz (Jay Joseph), Eric (Melissa Marie) and Jonathan (Robin); and his siblings-in-law, Paula Cieplinski and Thaddeus Gumula.
