He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Stefanie (Mazurek); his former wife Julia Machnik (Lemanski); his wife Stella Machnik (Pisarski); and his siblings, Dominik, Edward Machnik, Veronica Goodreau, Fredericka Roszko and Irene Audette.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Machnik of Palmer, MA and Arlene Baker of Sacramento, CA; his brother James Machnik of Vernon, CT; and his close friend Angie Cormier of Ware. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Divine Mercy Parish.
