He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules Blouin and Jeanette Blouin (Gagnon). He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Glenn), Scott (Deirdre), Laure (Damian) and Michael (Douglas); and his brother Victor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
