She was predeceased by: her father Gary Whalen; and her sister Sonya Whalen. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Wood (Tim Bourget) of Fayetteville, NC; her husband Luis R. Norberto of Worcester; her children, Laura Leigh Armiger, Celeste and Luis Norberto; her siblings, Garry Harthorne (Larita) of Mississippi, Michael Whalen (Danielle La-Perle) of Southbridge, Angela Thompson (Michael) of South Carolina, Christina LaFlash (Ronald) of Chelsea and Jennifer Sliwoski (Daniel Henkins) of Holden; her half-sisters, Victoria Whalen, Stephanie and Lisa; and her aunts, Lisa Goguen and Gail Butler (Phil Butler).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Bernard Church (228 Lincoln St, Worcester, MA 01605). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Worcester County Memorial Park (217 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
