With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald L. Ryan (Paxton, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ryan and Glenna Ryan; and his daughter Kathleen Bedard. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Marge" Daly; his children, Elizabeth Ryan Swikart of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, Jennifer O'Connor (Kevin) of Medford, NJ and William Ryan (Erika) of Medford, NJ.; his grandchildren, James, John, Valerie Bedard, Jack, Connor, Kate Swikart, Will, Maggie O'Connor, Nick and Sophia Ryan; his great grandchild Stella Bedard; and his sister Sheila Morrissey (Alan).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba's Parish (10 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
