She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Inglis and Johanna N. Inglis (O'Connor). She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Belisle; her children, Nicole Belisle-Garza and Charles I. Belisle; her grandchildren, Margaret B. Garza and Daniel B. Garza; and her sister Nancy I. Gilson of Ohio.
