It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MaryKate Soucy of Paxton, Massachusetts, born in Leominster, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As MaryKate departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved MaryKate. Though MaryKate may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ganong and Maureen Ganong (Rivers) of Fitchburg. She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen Ganong of Fitchburg and Kevin Ganong (Jammie) of Panama City, FL; and her godfather Robert White of Leominster.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kelly Cremation and Funeral Care (154 Lincoln St, Worcester, MA 01605).
