He is survived by: his children, Susan (Carl Williams), Judith (Kenneth Amons) and Myron Kokocinski (Sue Fontaine); his son-in-law Joseph Crutcher; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Kokocinski (Libby), Ashley Williams, Travis William (Maura), Jeremy Kokocinski (Sara), Michael Amons (Kim) and Nicole Amons (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Juniper, Graham, Willow and Quinn; his sisters, Alice Kujawski and Barbara Serva; and his daughter-in-law Cherry Malcom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
