He was predeceased by: his parents, William Condon and Barbara Roache (Linehan). He is survived by: his close friend Kelly Ferguson of Peabody; his children, Cheryl Pepper (Joseph) of Danvers and Matthew Condon (Quinn) of Georgetown; his stepchildren, Shannon Ferguson (Timothy Paul) of Sheffield and John Ferguson of Lynn; his grandchildren, Adalynn, Brooklynn, Christopher and Milo; his brothers, William Condon of Allentown, N. H. and James Condon (Patricia) of Apex, N. C.; and his pet Lola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
