He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary E. Waters and James T. Waters; his siblings, Mary E. O'Neill and James E. Waters; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy, Ted, Jennifer, Katie Waters, MJ and James O'Neill. He was also cherished by 15 grand and great nieces and nephews.
