He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Correia Machado and Zulmira Santos Silva Machado; and his brothers, Manuel Machado, Eutimio Machado and Aciolino Machado.
He is survived by: his spouse Mafe (Basan); his children, Fernando "Freddy" Machado Jr., Kevin Machado and Jun Louie Basan; his grandson Ethan Machado; and his siblings, Antonio Silva, Jose Machado, Maria Zulmira Ramos and Elsa Quadros. He is also survived by family.
