He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ahlin and Claire Ahlin (Phillips); and his brother Ronald R. Ahlin (Dee). He is survived by: his wife Ann Batting (Batting); his children, Erik F. Ahlin (Kathryn) of Concord and Kimberly H. Krueger (Ryan) of Dracut; his grandchildren, Emily Krueger, Claire Ahlin, Philip Ahlin and Caitlyn Krueger; and his sister Barbara Frith (late Douglas) of Bermuda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and devoted friends.
