We are sad to announce that, on December 25, 2025, Helen Salerno of Peabody, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Barden and Wanda Barden; and her siblings-in-law, Salvatore and F. Antoinette Salerno. She is survived by: her husband Joseph S. Salerno; her sibling Claire Emery (late Joseph Emery); and her children, Elizabeth (Martin Rogosa), Joseph (Vicki Salerno), James (Kathleen Salerno), John (Lori Salerno), Ellen (Robert Bouchard), Jerome (Debra Salerno), Elaine (David Smaltz) and Jeffrey (Alison Salerno). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Helen's memory to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
