We bid farewell to Kathleen N. Hayden of Peabody, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Betty Phillips; her son Scott Hayden; and her brother George Phillips. She is survived by: her husband John R. "Jack" Hayden; her children, Bernadette Hayden-Smith (Donald) of Peabody, Charles Hayden (Lori) of Sudbury, Kevin Hayden (Kathy) of Newton, NH and Robert Hayden of Rockford, IL; her grandchildren, Madeline, Felicia, Scott, Michael Hayden and Michael Gigliotti (Geysel); and her sisters, Karen Sarneker and Nellie Johanson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors (28 Elm St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Cemetery (155 Hobart St, Danvers, MA 01923).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's name to the Student Emergency Fund at Salem State University, 331 Lafayette St, Salem, MA 01970. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Kathleen N. Hayden 's name.
