She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Black; her sister Sandra Herskowitz; her uncle Arthur; and her sister Ethel Herskowitz (Rashewski). She is survived by: her daughter Debra J. Sullivan (Matthew) of Thousand Oaks, CA.; and her grandson Connor Sullivan.
