Lois A. Treacy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois A. Treacy of Peabody, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois A. Treacy to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Giovanella and Bernice Giovanella (Savilonis); and her brothers, Francis and Edward. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Treacy; her children, Thomas Treacy (Sarah) of Woburn, Michael Treacy (Jean) of Danvers and Jennifer Baker (Brian) of Topsfield; her sister Mary Pollock of Exeter, NH; her sister-in-law Jo-Ann Giovanella of Medway; her grandchildren, Miranda Blanchette (Jason), Shannon, Brendan, Erin Treacy, Quinlan, Ryan Treacy, Kelly, Emma and Allie Baker; her great grandchild Henry Blanchette; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors (28 Elm St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park (185 Lake St, Peabody, MA 01960). A burial was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at the same location.
