He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hallinan and Amelia Hallinan (Petkus); his brother David Hallinan; and his brother-in-law Raymond Lussier (Louise) of Florida. He is survived by: his son Kevin Hallinan of Beverly; his siblings, Maureen Newhall of Peabody, Eileen Ciman of Peabody, Kathleen Fabrizio of Beverly, Michael Hallinan of Peabody, Gerald Hallinan of Danvers, Christine Hallinan of Lakeville, Patricia Hallinan of Sutton and Noreen Sucharewicz of Peabody; his significant other Retriever; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
