He was predeceased by: his father Herman J. Parker; his son Neal L. Parker Jr.; and his mother Eleanor L. Parker (LaCroix). He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Cuddy and Kelly Parker; his grandchildren, Alexander Cuddy, Brian Brabant Jr., Joseph Cardona, Madison Elliott and Max Valdanbrini; his great grandchild Alexander Cuddy Jr.; and his siblings, Louise Gray, Shirley Martin, Fran Parker, Gail Daly, Frank Parker Sr., Glen Parker and Ronald Parker.
